Heinrich Fick at Pinnacle

Heinrich Fick - Managing Director

Heinrich is a proven Logistics Specialist with over 19 years of experience working in construction. He has led successful teams implementing strategic objectives working with clients such as; Skanska, Lend Lease, Mace, ISG, Sir Robert McAlpine, Multiplex, & Orchard. He has also recently been a key figure in high profile developments, such as One Hyde Park, Candy & Candy and Knight Harwood, delivering a spectrum of construction logistics and site services.

As the company’s Managing Director, Heinrich is responsible for overseeing Pinnacle’s strategic and financial business objectives and ensures the company’s targets are met through developing well organised teams that uphold the company’s Core Values.

Outside of work, Heinrich is a keen long distance runner and has recently participated in the Berlin, London & Barcelona marathon. In between marathons, he spends time working with various charities, volunteering for Crisis, Shelter, and mental health causes.

Gerry Green at Pinnacle

Gerry Green - Operations Director

Gerry brings his vast business acumen and experience to the team with over 40 years of experience working in the building maintenance industry. He has led successful teams over the course of his career, implementing key aspects of the organisation's strategic objectives through these operations.

Previous to Pinnacle, Gerry held a position on the Board of Directors of a FM start-up for 6 years and was instrumental in its success. Previous roles include overseeing the delivery of national building maintenance contracts for clients such as; QBE, Global Switch and the Ministry of Justice.

Gerry also holds a level 7, Certified qualification with the BIFM.

Outside of work, Gerry’s favourite pastimes include; kayaking, cycling or cheering on Spurs to win that elusive piece of silverware.

Laurence Green at Pinnacle

Laurence Green - Project Director

Laurence is responsible for overseeing the project delivery arm for Pinnacle and supports the company in meeting its strategic and financial business objectives.

Previous to Pinnacle, Laurence held an Operations Director position at a London based FM company for 6 years.

His technical abilities were gained from the initial time he served as a commercial gas engineer and from running a M&E business delivering services to both public and private sectors.

Career highlights include installing the M&E facilities for the welfare and catering set-up at Tobacco Dock for 2000 military personnel, called in at the last minute to provide security services to the 2012 London Olympics.

Outside of work, Laurence is a keen cyclist, runner and photographer.

Stefan Kellerman at Pinnacle

Stefan Kellerman - Operations Manager

Stefan is the Head of Logistics Operations. He manages the site operational teams and works closely with Heinrich and the management team on both a day-to-day and strategic level. He has over 20 years experience in construction logistics and throughout his career, has led logistics teams from contract inception through to completion.

Stefan applies his knowledge of designing site specific systems and strategies for contract tenders to further implement upon issue of contract. He has also worked on fit-out projects up to the value of £230m for clients such as; The Royal Society Of Science, The Royal Festival Hall, Goldman Sachs, UBS, Hines and Credit Suisse.

Nicolla Wilson at Pinnacle

Nicolla Wilson - Project Manager

Nicolla is PRINCE2 qualified project manager and has over 7 years experience delivering projects in different industries such as banking, professional services and construction. She is accomplished in adapting to change, building re-design and fit-out. Her experience allows her to work comfortably in a range of teams, delivering projects with successful results.

Nicolla is a strong all rounder, a great communicator and a valued asset to the team.

Harriett Freeman at Pinnacle

Harriett Freeman - Finance Director

Harriett is a commercially focused qualified CIMA accountant, currently working as the Group Finance Director.

She has worked in finance for over 20 years, spanning wholesale, retail, recruitment and engineering sectors.

Her ability to work in fast paced high growth companies has meant she has been able to work with and support incredible businesses, and successfully navigated through 2 rounds of private equity.

She has built out and developed finance teams over the course of her career, as well as implementing new finance systems, management controls and best practice throughout the Operations functions, enabling all functions to be more reactive to the business needs.

Harriett is most at home in a muddy field with tents and music or boarding down the side of a mountain mid winter, but with a toddler around has found more of her time recently taken up with answering why and explaining why not!

Amy Gormally at Pinnacle

Amy Gormally - Office Manager & PR

Amy oversees the day to day running of the office operation, co-ordinating the finance and helpdesk functions and working closely with the management team. Her experience in PR & marketing extends her capability to oversee the development of the company website and have a large input on the PR strategy on social media.

Previous to Pinnacle, Amy held a FM position within a property maintenance company and an office manager / PR role at a renowned Italian luxury footwear brand.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys walking her dog Chloe, going to the gym, cooking and shoe shopping.

Jenev Omer at Pinnacle

Jenev Omer - Helpdesk Support

Jenev is responsible for managing the Helpdesk, logging customer requests and dispatching jobs to Pinnacle’s operatives via our CAFM system. She is an experienced organiser and communicator, working in a similar capacity at the NHS helpdesk prior to joining Pinnacle.

Outside of work, you will find Jenev in a kitchen baking delicious cakes, a skill that she has mastered over the years.

Elaine Green - Admin Assistant

Elaine holds a prominent role within Pinnacle generating our technical proposals. Elaine's experience within facilities hard service sector is extensive and is one of our unsung heroes who enjoys working in the background delivering high quality technical documents.
